As a naturopathic doctor (ND), Nick utilizes a holistic approach to treating insomnia. In general this involves assessing for physiological elements that may be contributing to insomnia (which is often not considered in CBTi focused treatment) and utilizing CBTi and other behavioural techniques (which can be missed in conventional treatments from medical doctors).

 

The goal is to cover as many bases as possible with the hope to increase the likelihood of successful online insomnia treatment. In typical, uncomplicated cases the full virtual insomnia treatment will span 4 appointments over 2 months.
